atomThis basic processor built by Intel has become one of today’s hottest topics in any IT stores nationwide. Reportedly to consume very low wattage over its other processing cousins, laptops or rather netbooks that utilizes this little ‘Atom’ could have longer battery life when compared to the dual cores.

Selling like hot cakes, Atoms processors are already short on supply. With Intel revving up its production for the Atoms to meet its demand, others might also want to try out Intel’s other mobile solution which is the Celeron processor.

It’s small and tiny and it doesn’t consume much, it’s an Atom!
