Do you know that green tea promotes various health benefits? For example, green tea has antioxidant effects, whereby drinking green tea on a regular basis might help you preserve your overall health. Personally, I like drinking green tea once a day, as I find the respective beverage to be very soothing and calms me down whenever I’m all stressed up. On the other hand, green tea also has various flavors, which I think is prefect for me, as I like to drink different green tea flavors everyday. Also, it seems that there specific green tea preparation procedures, whereby preparing your green tea the right way would help preserve the antioxidants inside the green tea. Another friend of mine told me that I should purchase fresh green tea, as these tea leafs are healthier to drink. This prompted me to search for a local green tea seller that sells such tea leafs, and it seems that such green tea leafs are priced higher than ordinary green tea. Frankly speaking, I feel healthier whenever I drink green tea regularly. Also, I don’t fall sick easily, as I feel that my body is healthier, as compared to a decade ago. Well I’m already shopping for my next green tea supply, so hopefully the local green tea seller has the green tea leafs that I’m looking for.
